📦 Processing Time
In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days.
During busy seasons (events, launches, holiday rush, or rodeo chaos), processing may take slightly longer.
Handcrafted or made-to-order pieces (including hand-burned hats and select custom goods) may take up to 14 business days depending on current workload and event schedule.
We promise it’s worth the wait.
🚚 Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers including USPS and UPS.
Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, package size, and shipping speed selected.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Flat Rate Shipping: $13
FREE U.S. shipping on orders over $125
🌎International Shipping
We currently offer direct checkout for Canada through our website.
If you're located outside the United States or Canada, we'd love to help! Please contact us at info@westernjunkiecompany.com before placing your order with:

We'll provide an accurate shipping quote and send you a secure invoice for your order.
International orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or another available carrier, depending on the destination, package size, and the best available shipping option at the time of shipment.
Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other import charges assessed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Western Junkie Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or lost packages. We're always happy to assist with tracking information or filing a carrier claim when applicable.
📍 Local Pickup – Baker City Storefront
We offer free in-store pickup at our downtown Baker City location.
If local pickup is available for your order, simply select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before coming to pick up your order.
🛻 Mobile Boutique Event Pickup
If you’d like to pick up your order at one of our scheduled events, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and timing.
Event pickup must be arranged in advance.
📬 Delivery Disclaimer
Once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. While most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.
Western Junkie Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered.
